Sterling D'Von Shipp, a native of South Florida, is an individual that wants to make a change; a change to promote positive youth development and a change in his community. He is dedicated to leading his peers and those whom he encounters. He is strong and determined to achieve and promote academic excellence. For those who know him, have watched him excel in academics, leadership and community involvement.

Sterling Shipp is a graduate from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and a Minor in Anthropology. He is on the pre-medicine track and aspires to be an Orthopedic Surgeon.

He has received numerous awards and been given the opportunity as an orator to speak amongst the community, City Commissioners, and other prominent groups. When he is not speaking, he is featured on podcasts and involved in church-related activities. Sterling also spends time empowering youth to live their God-given potential and learn the meaning of living life.
